Help! I can’t log in / I forgot my password

If you face multiple login errors, there may be a problem with your email or password used. Please check that you have used the correct email and password. If you require a reset of password:
> Click on ‘Forgot password’ at the login page (this could be via our website or mobile app).
> Enter your registered email in the field provided.
> Look out for the reset password email (check your spam folder too).
> Click the link, where you will be brought to our website.
> Enter your new password.

How do I get a discount coupon in-store?

Discount or promotional coupons are embedded to our Newsfeed posts with a ‘Download Coupon’ button. Click to download and view the coupon details.

For first time users, you will receive a $5 coupon from us.
Go to your Account > Message > Download the Coupon

You can also view all your downloaded coupons in the repository under ‘ Coupons ‘ found on the top right hand of the main page navigation panel. Coupons are available for use instore. Some coupons can be used only upon reaching a minimum purchase amount.

Please check the required purchase amount, found on each coupon. If viewing from your mobile app, please check under the T&Cs section of the coupon.

How do I apply the e-coupon discount online?

There are two types of discounts you can apply;

  • Promo code : Simply key in your promo code in the field on your check out page.
  • Coupon : In order to use your coupon, you would need to download the coupon either from your newsfeed or your messages. Once downloaded, click on the drop-down to select your coupon and “Add Promo” to apply.

Can I change the coupon applied before making payment?

Of course! Simply return to your cart, select the coupon that you want to use and apply it, before checking out again.

What is your delivery timing?

Our delivery timing is between 10am and 6pm, Mondays to Friday, kindly order 3 days advance

Will I get a call before your delivery man arrives?


What is the minimum order for free delivery?

The minimum order amount must be $100 onwards. * T&C applies.

What are the non-delivery areas?

Currently, we do not delivery to Jurong Island areas

What happens if I typed the wrong address?

What are your pickup location?

Our pickup locations are 47 Pekin Street #01-01, S048775, 4 Hillview Rise #01-01, Singapore 667979. Please note that some items may not be available at certain outlets. Please check before you make a trip down.

How do I view messages in my inbox?

Click on the MESSAGES category on the home page. Your messages will display in chronological order. If you’re a new member of our app, you’ll be entitled to a $5 voucher redeemable off your first purchase. Download the coupon now & Start Shopping!

What is the difference between the promotions in the Newsfeed and Messages?

Promotions and updates on the Newsfeed is made public to everyone who has downloaded our app. Promotions received in your message box are specifically pushed to you as a selected member based on the relevancy of our promotion.

How do I view multiple images within your post?

For posts with multiple images, you will see the next image border beside the first image. Simply swipe your finger across to view the rest of the images. To return to the main image, swipe in the opposite direction.

How do I update my profile details?

Once you’ve signed up, you can click on the MENU icon at the top of the home page > Account. To edit your name or gender, click on the respective field. Once edited, click ‘Update’.

Birthdates are not editable. Should you make an error and require this to be changed, please email us with your name, customer ID and email address used.

What is the notification setting for?

This allows us to push notifications to your mobile device when we have special updates or promotions. If you wish to be kept in the loop with the latest, your settings should be kept ON.
