Discovering Pasta – A Cooking Workshop by DEAN & DELUCA Singapore Wed | 22 March 2017
DEAN & DELUCA, the world's leading purveyor of fine food and epicurean products since 1977, is proud to announce the debut event for its newly-minted series of cooking demonstrations and workshops - “Discovering Pasta”.

Join us on a journey through the wonders of the Italian staple, and all-time favourite comfort food, pasta. Conducted by our very own head chef, Nabil Tan, participants will learn how to recreate three fuss-free recipes using DEAN & DELUCA’s artisanal gourmet food products. The workshop will also include special tips from co-host and avid foodie, Victoria Cheng, on how to elevate the dishes with a touch of finesse and flair.

Recipes to be showcased are:
1. Potato gnocchi with mushrooms, white truffle oil, and kale crisps
2. Beef meatballs with marinara sauce
3. Penne with mozzarella and sundried tomato pesto salad

Participation fee is priced at $40 nett per pax.

Participants will also receive a DEAN & DELUCA cooking starter kit upon completion of the workshop. The starter kit is inclusive of the following:
1. DEAN & DELUCA Marinara Sauce
2. DEAN & DELUCA Penne Rigate
3. DEAN & DELUCA Sundried Tomato Pesto
4. DEAN & DELUCA White Truffle Oil
5. T2 Pumping Pomegranate Tea
