What would the sale price be?
The land price for Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties is based on a lower gross floor area of 832,480 sq ft, excluding public amenities, and amounts to S$840.86 psf, said a spokesman for Allgreen when contacted by The Business Times. I think the break-even cost plus 15% profit margin would put the Pasir Ris 8 condo price at about $1,580 per sq ft.
